Living in the states, I took salads for granted. I rarely order salads as a main and I always thought I was blah about them. Living in Seoul, I realized I don't hate salads, I actually like them. Due to the lack of fresh vegetables in Korean cuisine, I have started to crave salads on the regular. Your body knows what is good and after a while calls out for the fresh veggies.
Ask any American living here how they take regular shits on a Korean diet and they will tell you "Digestif cookies". True story, take notes if you plan on visiting for an extended amount of time (2 a day works miracles).
Anyways, I digress as per usual. I had an amazing mushroom and cheese salad today. The end.
