Koreans Like these Toast Things

So Koreans like toast as a sweet or savory snack. The cafes all have these thick toast breads with either fake cheese or ice cream on them.

This one was from Cafe T, kinda bouji, and it was amazing. The inside is gooey with cinnamon and honey. nom nom nom.

I never got it before because at places like Cafe Bene and Tom n Tom's, the toast looks gross in the display. Also, you go to Cafe Bene to smoke cigarettes and eat waffles. Nothing else.

Cafe Bene toast below, do Koreans realize cheese shouldn't hang like that?

Good ambiance.



Hot dog in a pancake. The pancake was good, the hot dog was good, the mayo and salad in the whole concoction not so much. Dissected and eaten separately it was tasty.

Soba salad. The dressing was spot on. I am going to crave this all the time now. Especially when I get back to NY.

The blueberry french toast was A++ The bread was soo soft and moist with good cinnamon flavor.
