Do you see me?

Seoul Tower lets you put up "Love Tiles". I am wondering how long they leave them up before they tear them down. I better be able to find mine when I go back!

LED Light Shows + Water Effects = Koreans in a Fit of Excitement

Koreans love water + lights.

You will see many lights plus water things throughout Seoul.

The photos above are at Gwanghwamun Plaza in front of the Admiral Yi Statue. Admiral Yi is that guy who invented the turtle boat and crushed the Japanese Navy in the 16th century.

Basically, if you are Korean and beat the Japanese, we will give you a statue and glorify you forever. Because for a Korean, winning is great, but winning over a Japanese person? Priceless.

I am surprised Kim Yuna doesn't have a statue yet.

Namsan AKA Seoul Tower

I went at sunset and it was beautiful. You don't realize how huge Seoul is until you see an aerial view.

This is a picture I took, not off the web.

Locks of Love that people leave outside the tower.

Love tiles you can get at the souvenir shop.

I'm smiling but crying inside because it hit me that I am 11,061 kilometers from the ones I love.

They had a really good art installation in the park of these wire men figures in the sky. Very cool looking at night.
