Sometime I get so over Korea
Then other times like tonight, after I have feasted on a bowl of mussels, 20 shrimps grilled on a bed of rock salt, and a perfectly grilled mackerel for 21 bucks, I EFFIN LOVE IT.

Top 5 Cuisine in the World
Oh Ok after further research, this is what I found.
Culinary Diplomacy with a Side of Kimchi
The gov't is trying to quadruple the number of Korean restaurants worldwide starting with NYC and enlisted the help of some famous names to promote the cuisine.
"Jean-Georges Vongerichten showed off his one-handed pajeon-flipping abilities. “I’ve been teaching him some sauces and marinades,” said Mr. Vongerichten’s wife, Marja, who is Korean-American. “I think he would do great things with gochujang,” she said, referring to the spicy, fermented paste of ripe red chili peppers that is one of the basic seasonings of the Korean kitchen."
Really, David Chang is the best, free promotion Korean cuisine has.
But I do agree on the efforts to quadruple the number of Korean restaurants. I hope Korean restaurants are more ubiquitous outside of Ktown. Also, why is it still so hard to get a decent bowl of jjajjangmyun in Manhattan. Do I really have to schlep to Flushing? Please don't say Hyo Dong Gak because that place is just OK, not great.

what....the....hell
Hate will.i.am. but love Nicki Minaj so I suppose this is acceptable.
Ugh, Korea/Koreans/Kpop is so TRENDY these days. I don't know how I feel about this. Like are people going to forget about us in 3 years or is it just the beginning of an established recognition of how ill we are?
P.S as much as Will.i.am sucks, "I Gotta Feeling" is THE best karoake song in history.
Sing this in norebang and every lyric will shock you on how dumb they are, in turn making the song actually brilliant.
I would love to hear William Shatner read these lyrics:
Tonight's the night, let's live it up
I got my money, let's spend it up
Go out and smash it like oh my God
Jump off that sofa, let's get, get off
I know that we'll have a ball
If we get down and go out and just lose it all
I feel stressed out, I wanna let it go
Let's go way out spaced out and losing all control
Fill up my cup, mozoltov
Look at her dancing, just take it off
Let's paint the town, we'll shut it down
Let's burn the roof, and then we'll do it again
