Tracy Morgan's TimesTalk


"I was angry because my parents broke up. My father wasn’t there," said Tracy. "My older brother was born, who was a cripple, then I was born, and my sister was born, the only girl. So I was between the only girl and the crippled guy. I was the middle guy. I was like Tito. I was sensitive. I had a rat named Ben and everything." Really? "Well, he was a roach." Every day in middle school he got on the subway at 7 a.m. to go from his father's house in the Bronx to his school in Brooklyn. "It was hard," he said. "I was like a young Harriet Tubman."
