The W Hotel bar is one of the best spaces in Seoul. The only disadvantage is that it is out in the cut, far east side of Seoul. The Seoul W Hotel is the first W to open in Asia (suck it Japan!).
If you don't mind paying 20,000 for a drink (which isn't that bad considering how weak the won is these days...about $15 bucks a drink) it is definitely worth a stop.
